Resources Administration
The Human Resources application of HURIS is the nerve center of
day-to-day administration of personnel and covers all the HR
functions from hire to retire to post retirement benefits. It is
itself comprised of several integrated modules that work to
provide effective decision-making and permit the organization to
work smarter than harder. You can define a variety of organization
structures around functions, positions and
reporting structures and configure workflow. The HR solution

Personnel Administration
HURIS provides a single application to manage your global
workforce. The Personnel Administration module provides
information and analysis on every individual, job, department,
and division and on the organization as a whole. It allows for
basic information such as Name, Address, Marital Status, Phone
Number, Emergency Contact and Passport Details
to be always updated. Information entered once flows through the
system and other applications based on structures and rules
defined, automating repetitive processes while delivering a
wealth of information, analysis and advanced functionality. The
information then is available throughout the enterprise based on
security rules.
The application allows for self-service capabilities to reduce
administration cost sand increase data integrity. It eliminates
paperwork associated with basic employee data changes,
relocations, reassignments and promotions. A wide range of
reports come as standard, including employee lists, new
recruits, salary lists, confirmations due, project lists and
headcounts. In addition the reporting tools allow for virtually
any query being performed on data.
Grievance
Administration
Grievance administration allows the organization to handle
employee concerns effectively. It is possible to track
complaints, disputes and grievances and keep track of all
actions to maintain a complete history.

Administration
HURIS Benefits Administration application allows you to build
and manage a comprehensive benefits system tailored to the needs
of your organization. The system can be tuned to automatically
enrol participants and dependents in a variety of benefit
options. The eligible employees can be automatically identified
and their benefits calculated with retrospective effect. Various
plans and programs can be grouped and managed.
