Management and Succession Planning
HURIS allows you to identify and associate competencies with
individuals, jobs, positions and project teams. Analysis can be
conducted to find jobs matching an individual’s competencies
or individuals matching a job’s competency profile. You can
also find skill-gaps within a department or unit. In all, you
can structure individual personal development plans to fulfill organizational
goals.
Succession Planning ensures that an organization has trained and
capable staff to match its strategy and growth plans. Succession
Planning Application in HURIS allows you to find leadership and
talent gaps in your organization, and identify and follow up
with high-potential employees. This reduces stress and costs
associated with future managerial requirements and allows for
better career planning.
Compensation
Management and Salary Planning
The Compensation Management Module allows you to design
compensation systems to include salary plans/grades/steps,
multiple pay components, variable compensation plans, and
benefits. Depending on needs, you can administer cash and
non-cash variable compensation programs.
