Workflow
Engine
HURIS Workflow has been built from scratch for pure Internet
architecture. It allows for complete process automation and
allows concrete definitions to be mapped to software. HURIS Workflow Engine is built as per your organization needs.
Embedded workflow enables you to integrate information,
applications and people across the enterprise. The result is
streamlined business operations, no delays or human errors,
enhanced accountability and savings in time and money.
The
Workflow Engine is designed to give your organization a more
mature approach in dealing with processes and will significantly
increase visibility thus providing higher transparency and more
popular usage. It is highly configurable and is mapped to your
exact business processes and needs.
Workflow
triggers a series of activities when an event happens. For
example, when you hire a new recruit, a series of processes
encompassing this activity will be initiated. Workflow will
notify HR to add a new employee to payroll, provide details of
the new recruit, publish contact information across company
directory and departments, enroll the new employee in Training,
provide information to departments in-charge for employee
induction, and perform other relevant processes as applicable.
There
are several benefits of using the Workflow approach:
Reduced Errors and Cycle times: Workflow Engine automates
complex tasks and eliminates significant times earlier required
to enter data manually and check data integrity.
Real-Time Information: The information in all the
applications in the HURIS suite is always updated. Workflow
Engine ensures you get real-time information and the data
integrity is high. It allows for quicker decision-making and
respond faster to corporate needs.
Extended Coordination: HURIS integrates work and
information flows not only in the core HR system but can be
configured to work with disparate systems, within and outside an
enterprise. It thus allows for extensive coordination and
knowledge management across the organization.
